Cygwin1.dll will cause all Cygwin™-based software to become inoperable. It is recommended that you install the Cygwin™
system properly from the installer provided at cygwin.com.
If you choose despite this warning not to install the Cygwin™ system at this time, please remove the Cygwin1.dll
